Description
Cottingham & Butler’s Health and Wellness division is growing, and we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team! Join our growing marketing team as a graphic designer and help create tools and campaigns that engage our users and grow our business. You will work closely with other team members in design and marketing strategy to create the everyday visuals that keep our programs moving—from social graphics and email images to communications and sales toolkits. You will turn clear messaging into engaging, on-brand creative that helps members and clients take action across our integrated portfolio of population health management products. If you are interested in video, you will have opportunities to plan and produce short-form pieces that elevate our campaigns. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role with real ownership and a chance to grow your portfolio across print, digital, and video. Key Responsibilities Design and produce on-brand marketing materials across print, digital, email, and social channels. Maintain brand standards, templates, and asset libraries with organized file/version control. Optimize digital assets for responsive use and basic accessibility. Prepare press-ready files and coordinate with print vendors as needed. Translate content briefs into clear visuals and engagement toolkits. Package creative for scheduled emails and push notifications. Support basic engagement tracking to inform improvements. Contribute to short-form video production and simple motion graphics (nice-to-have). Manage tasks and deadlines in Asana (or similar) and communicate proactively with team members. Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience. 1–4 years of professional design experience. Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Nice-to-have: Premiere Pro, After Effects, email platform familiarity, and basic landing-page knowledge. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Figma/Adobe XD a plus. Portfolio required: 5–8 pieces showing multi-format campaign work; video/motion optional.
