Description

We are looking for a part-time graphic designer to join our team as soon as possible .

Our creative team works primarily on day-to-day operations, sometimes with very tight deadlines. The focus is on the continuous, high-quality implementation of a wide variety of communication materials for the healthcare industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and adaptation of print and digital assets for B2C and B2B communication
  • Creation of HTML banners
  • Development of posters as well as smaller campaigns and communication measures
  • Preparation and integration of data, indications and mandatory content
  • Creation and adaptation of communication materials for different target groups and markets
  • Creation, maintenance and customization of PowerPoint slide decks for our roofing markets
  • Occasional development of key visuals and visual design ideas.
  • Fast and precise adaptation of existing assets to short-term changes in mandatory content.
  • Quality control, finalization and clean distribution of the created communication materials
  • Independent collaboration with colleagues from creative, consulting and strategy.

You work in a highly regulated healthcare environment. Content, prescribed sequences, and mandatory information must be adhered to precisely – especially in the context of the German Medicines Advertising Act. If mandatory content changes at short notice, existing assets sometimes need to be adapted very quickly and deployed reliably. Therefore, it is particularly important to work carefully, systematically, and flawlessly, even under time pressure.

What you bring with you.

  • A completed apprenticeship or degree in graphic design, communication design, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience, ideally in an agency, in the healthcare sector or in a similarly fast-paced communications environment
  • A confident and proficient use of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience with After Effects and Figma
  • Ideally, you have some prior knowledge of animation or motion design within Figma.
  • A confident command of PowerPoint and the ability to create clearly structured and visually compelling slide decks.
  • A high affinity for AI and an interest in meaningfully integrating AI into creative and operational workflows.
  • A strong awareness of quality and a good eye for detail
  • A structured, reliable and independent work style
  • The ability to maintain an overview and work precisely, even under tight deadlines.
  • Enjoyment of high-quality design within clear guidelines
  • Very good German and English skills
  • This position is a great fit for you if you're not solely looking for large, creative campaigns, but enjoy reliably implementing a wide range of communication tools to a high design standard. You enjoy working with meticulous attention to detail, thrive in a structured environment, and are eager to take on the unique challenges of healthcare communication.
