Overview:
Image Matters Group is looking for a talented Graphic Designer, to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a creative mindset, to contribute to our projects, and be able to work in a team environment.

Requirements

• Experience within the Signage Industry preferred
• 3-5 Years experience in a related role
• Portfolio of relevant work
• Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Must speak Spanish and English

Expectations

• Assist in the preparation and assembly of signage products, ensuring high-quality output
• Must take innitiative to complete work at hand
• Operate and maintain production equipment such as printers, plotters, laminators, and CNC machines
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
• Organize and manage inventory of materials and supplies, maintaining adequate stock levels
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop space
• Support the production team with daily tasks and special projects as needed
• Assist with packaging and shipping of completed products to clients
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
