INTERWEAVE is looking for a Graphic Designer, a design thinker who can concept, craft, and execute visual work across platforms and channels. We’re looking for a designer who can translate ideas into high-aesthetic, intelligent, and functional design, developing creative concepts and delivering pixel-perfect results across digital and physical touchpoints. You should be able to understand a brand’s strategy and needs in order to craft the right visual solutions, particularly for packaging design, printed materials, and other essential brand applications, alongside digital content. A strong understanding of how design lives beyond the screen - through materials, finishes, formats, and production - is essential. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, clearly articulate your design choices in relation to brand values and objectives, and take ownership of your work from concept to final delivery - always with exceptional attention to detail.
