SKILLS

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Knowledge of Figma or Sketch for UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for web publishing.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Strong foundation in branding principles and visual identity development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in print advertising and layout design is a plus.

THE ROLE

As our Graphic Designer & Content Creator, you’ll be the creative force behind our marketing visuals and storytelling. You will design eye-catching graphics, craft compelling content, and bring our campaigns to life across social media, websites, email, and promotional channels. This role blends artistic creativity with marketing strategy, giving you the opportunity to shape how the world sees iON Pharma USA.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design & Visuals – Create impactful designs for digital campaigns, social media, website banners, product materials, and event promotions.
• Content Creation – Develop engaging, brand-aligned content that inspires, educates, and drives audience action.
• Brand Storytelling – Work with marketing to ensure every visual and message reflects our brand’s voice and mission.
• Platform Optimization – Adapt designs and content for multiple formats and channels.
• Performance Insight – Track and analyze content performance to continually improve impact.
