SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• 5+ years of an in-house or similar Graphic Design role
• Adobe suite; Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects
• Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to time track
• Exceptional communication skills
• Confident managing task deadlines and prioritising own workload, alongside support from Project Managers.
• Experience working with brand guidelines
• Experience meeting tight deadlines and ability to turn around requests at short notice.

Working over a 4-day week:
- Digital artwork
o Creating monthly Scan & Win campaign artwork consisting of; Digital win/lose assets, socials, winner testimonials, website banners, B2B/B2C emails and summary case studies at the end of each campaign.
o Work with brand guidelines and assets provided from our clients such as Pladis (McVities, Jacobs) and CCEP (Coca-Cola)
o Creating monthly key event artwork for giveaways such as our latest Back to School campaign. Artwork includes; social post and stories, website banners and B2B and B2C emails
o Storyboarding and creating simple 10-15 second animations through Adobe After Effects for socials
o Create socials for paid ads
o Create B2B socials for LinkedIn
o Create sales decks/pitch decks or presentations to support business growth when required
o Create mock up proposal artwork when required to help onboard future clients for Scan & Win
- Print artwork
o Creating extra POS when needed
o Create CSV data merged POS for any new signed up retailers (Training can be provided)
o Creating event artwork such as pull up banners, flyers and stands
- Overseeing our Graphic Design freelancer
o Be their first point of contact for design.
o With support from Project Managers, help to assign tasks based on their availability and capability.
o Supply any needed assets via a shared OneDrive
o Give design feedback on tasks they send to proof, in a supportive and professional manner.
- Time tracking
o Track your time spent on tasks in our task management system
- Other
o Support our UX/UI designer with website assets for campaigns.
o Support Marketing with turning their great ideas into visuals.
o Support Marketing with in-house photoshoots of our JispWin winners!
