Graphic Designer (Performance Marketing Focus) Creative Design, Paid Ads, & Digital Conversion | Johor Bahru, Malaysia | On-site | Adore Global Ops MY | Wine Adore is building a modern wine experience through curated products, strong storytelling, and a growing digital ecosystem across Southeast Asia. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who understands not just design, but performance. This role will focus on creating high-converting creatives for Meta Ecosystem & Google Ads, supporting our growth across key markets, especially Singapore. Key Responsibilities Design high-performing creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) & Google Ads (Display, YouTube) Develop visuals optimized for conversion and engagement Collaborate closely with Marketing & Sales teams to execute campaign concepts Translate marketing briefs into clear, compelling visual assets Continuously iterate creatives based on performance data & feedback Support additional design needs including social media, landing pages, and marketing materials Leverage AI tools to accelerate design production, generate variations, and improve creative testing Requirements 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in digital marketing or performance marketing Proven portfolio with strong examples of ad creatives (Meta / Google Ads preferred) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with motion tools (After Effects, CapCut, etc.) is a plus Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital platforms Basic understanding of how creatives impact ad performance (CTR, conversions, etc.) Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, etc.) is an advantage Detail-oriented, responsive to feedback, and able to manage multiple projects Based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia What We're Looking For Performance-driven mindset, not just aesthetic-focused Strong ownership and accountability for output quality Ability to balance speed and quality in execution Proactive in suggesting creative improvements and new ideas
