About the role

We're looking for a Senior Content Creator to help create Kapio's social and ad content. You'll research what's working, come up with concepts and produce the content yourself, including graphics and motion graphics for ads and social, using AI tools alongside your design skills. You'll work closely with our social media and marketing teams to create the best content possible, and with our Meta Ads Specialist, who'll share what's performing so we can decide what to make next. We want someone creative who isn't afraid to try new ideas and test them. Ideally, you're as comfortable reading ad numbers as you are designing.

What you'll do

• Research trends, competitors and what's working in fintech and finance
• Come up with ideas for ads and organic social content
• Design static graphics and motion graphics for ads and social, using AI tools to speed up production
• Review ad performance (click-through rate, cost per lead, hook and hold rates) and use it to decide what to make and test next
• Edit and cut content into formats for each social platform
• Work with the social media and marketing teams on campaigns and content plans
• Help shape and keep the Kapio look and feel consistent as the brand grows

About you

• Strong graphic design and motion graphics skills, with a portfolio to show it
• Video editing skills
• Experience using AI tools to create images, video or copy
• Good instincts for what grabs attention on social media
• Happy to try new concepts, test them and learn from the results
• Understands ad performance numbers and can explain why one creative beat another
• Enjoys working with a team and sharing ideas

Nice to have

• Experience creating content for paid social ads
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager or similar reporting tools
• Experience with a fintech, finance or tech brand
• Experience helping launch or build a new brand
