REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar lightweight tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to contribute to web design.
  • Familiarity with creating motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form content.
  • Design Knowledge:
  • Strong grasp of modern design trends, color theory, typography, and digital aesthetics.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles for web and social media platforms.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with lightweight video editing software like CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for design engagement.
Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Design high-quality visuals for web, social media, ads, and email campaigns, including banners, social posts, motion graphics, GIFs, and snackable content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Client & Company’s brand identity, maintaining a cohesive and modern visual aesthetic.
  • Web Design: Create visually appealing website content, including product banners, category visuals, and UI/UX components to enhance user experience.
  • Motion Graphics: Develop lightweight animations and videos to drive engagement on social media and other digital platforms.
  • Social Media Content: Craft engaging and trend-driven content tailored to social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Ad Creative: Design visually striking ad creatives optimized for performance on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube.
  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative strategies for campaigns.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital design, color theory, typography, and UI/UX.
  • Lightweight Editing: Use lightweight video editing tools for quick content creation, if needed.
