We’re looking for a Graphic Designer Lead to take our creative department to the next level, someone who not only brings exceptional design skills but can also lead and mentor our in-house design team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
• Proven experience managing or mentoring other designers.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Knowledge of print production and digital asset requirements.
• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Full-time, in-office availability.

• Lead and manage our in-house graphic designer, providing direction, feedback, and guidance.

• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels and projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency.
