JOB SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in logo proofing and editing for production. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp eye for detail, a strong grasp of design principles, and a passion for delivering the highest quality standards for every customer’s logo and garment placement.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales team to refine, adjust, and perfect client logos for a variety of apparel types and application methods. This includes preparing artwork for embroidery, as well as creating and optimizing heat transfer files for our in-house DTF (Direct-to-Film) printer.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flex Design/SAI, and related tools.
  • Strong eye for detail and typography.
  • Experience with prepress or production design preferred.
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Windows Operating System, PC proficient.
Responsibilities
  • Review and proof client logos for accuracy, clarity, and brand guidelines.
  • Edit and prepare vector artwork for various production methods.
  • Ensure files meet technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to create, finalize or edit and submit proofs for approval.
  • Maintain detailed records of all revisions to ensure clear communication and project tracking.
  • Prepare final logo files for garment production, ensuring each file is optimized for various application methods, including embroidery, heat transfer, and screen printing.
