QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design for e-commerce, DTC brands, or performance marketing environments.
  • Proven ability to create compelling ad creatives and marketing assets that drive conversions across paid social, email, and web.(portfolio demonstrated)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams to translate campaign goals and data into clear, creative visual assets. (Monday.com is an asset)
  • Understanding of brand development and the ability to maintain a consistent visual identity across multiple channels and formats.
  • Experience designing retail packaging and in-store display assets, with a strong understanding of dielines, material selection, and production constraints.
  • Familiarity with merchandising strategy and shopper psychology to create compelling visual designs for retail environments that elevate brand presence.
  • Working knowledge of 3D rendering workflows and ability to coordinate with rendering or motion design partners.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple fast-paced projects with excellent communication, flexibility, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with motion graphics and/or video editing
  • A portfolio of your work is required as part of this application.
Responsibilities
  • Concept and design high-performing ad creatives for paid and organic channels on a weekly cadence, including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Create visually compelling, mobile-optimized email campaigns for sales, product launches, and community features weekly.
  • Create digital assets for the website and social media. Design engaging banners, icons, and images, ensuring consistent visual standards across platforms in consultation with our e-commerce team.
  • Create compelling visual designs and prototypes for retail environments that elevate brand presence and drive growth.
  • Handle various design requests, including print materials like posters, packaging, and other promotional assets, while ensuring alignment with Pela & Lomi’s brand identities and marketing goals.
  • Contribute fresh ideas for retention strategies, product launches, and community news.
  • Create and edit organic social content that aligns with our visual identity and brand tone, using your creative direction to produce scroll-stopping visuals across channels.
  • Design impactful marketing assets to support the Sales and Leadership teams in retail and partner presentations, including pitch decks, line sheets, and one-pagers.
  • Translate impact statistics and brand data into visually powerful, emotionally resonant content with story-branded design and copy
