Our in-house marketing and creative team delivers everything from packaging and web graphics to B2B pitch decks and D2C campaigns. We’re looking for a talented, reliable, and proactive designer to take our creative to the next level.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Confident using Canva for fast-turnaround marketing assets
  • Minimum of 4 years of design experience in a full-time role with a diverse portfolio spanning web, print, packaging and logo design.
  • Degree in Design, Marketing, Graphics or equivalent
  • Confident in product photography - additional experience with lifestyle or campaign photography is a bonus
  • Experience designing product packaging for FMCG or retail is desirable
  • Skilled in preparing artwork for production
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ability to proofread and takes pride in producing polished, on-brand work.
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-sufficient
  • Highly organised and deadline driven – able to juggle multiple projects with a proactive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership
  • Desirable: Experience with HubSpot, Shopify, WordPress and basic video editing
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, creative, and detail-focused Graphic Designer to bring fresh ideas to our team. This is a hands-on, office-based role working across multiple brands, products, and platforms, from FMCG packaging to printed and digital marketing assets. You’ll be reporting to the Marketing Manager and collaborating with internal teams to create impactful visuals that bring our brand stories to life. Ideal for someone who thrives in a small team environment and is confident working independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and update packaging for sexual wellness products (FMCG)
  • Create assets for social media, email, product listings and web for B2B, D2C and public health audiences - proactively suggest new creative ideas and insights.
  • Design and update printed materials, including brochures, leaflets, and flyers
  • Develop graphics for expos and trade shows, including signage and print-ready artwork
  • Support the sales team in producing sales decks and presentations
  • Assist in planning and setting up marketing emails and social posts (training provided) with a basic understanding of digital marketing
  • Create and edit short-form video content for social channels
  • Capture high-quality product photography for web, and promotional use - Support wider photography needs where required
  • Maintain brand visuals and consistency
  • Communicate professionally via email with factories, suppliers, and customers to share artwork, and clarify briefs
  • Update Shopify and WordPress visuals (eCommerce banners, blog images etc.)
  • Manage and organise design files and project timelines effectively
  • Quickly and accurately respond to briefs
