Responsibilities
  • Develop master visual concepts in line with the internal creative brief and the campaigns’ objectives.
  • Fulfil general design requests, art-working, supply of materials and day-to-day design needs.
  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and provide graphic design support to various hotel departments.
  • Design and produce marketing materials including, but not limited to, collateral, touchpoints, advertisements, brochures, signage and presentations.
  • Monitor the progress of all projects, providing continuous status updates.
  • Adhere to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s brand guidelines in all design projects.
  • Ensure that the corporate BCM manuals are kept up-to-date and implemented as appropriate.
  • Supervise production of the hotel’s internal and external collaterals as per the brand’s standards.
  • Source and maintain a list of reliable suppliers.
  • Manage relationships with external printers and suppliers to ensure quality control at all times.
  • Co-ordinate the display and removal of all promotional materials within the hotel premises
  • Update and maintain databases of designs, photography, and video assets.
  • Adhere to all standards, policies, and procedures (SOPs, etc.).
  • Assist departments to implement campaigns in accordance with the marketing plan.
  • Maintain the inventory and ordering of collaterals and design kits.
  • Support departments with photo or video shoots
  • Respond to trade, media or other departments’ requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Be energetic, enthusiastic, resourceful, helpful and passionate to exceed expectations.
  • Immaculately groomed and articulate with a highly professional appearance.
  • Be resourceful to provide information or note down requests from other colleagues.

  • Communicate internally and externally with concerned parties to determine layout designs and implementation procedures.
  • Stay up to date with latest graphic design software and techniques to accordingly recommend tools that can be efficiently applied.
  • Maintain project schedules and collaborate with the head of department with regard to project timing, scope and budget.
