Mardel Christian & Education is searching for a Graphic Designer with a passion for innovative design. This full-time position is a unique opportunity for a creative, career-minded professional to work in a Mac environment as part of a dynamic design team. The position is located at our corporate offices in Oklahoma City. No relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Team Leader and Senior Graphic Designer to meet project objectives in conceptualization and development of graphics and layouts
• Creates designs with strong artistic sensibilities that satisfy a diverse array of projects
• Versatile design abilities in branding and typography
• Pitches creative concepts to Team Leader and Senior Graphic Designer
• Completes all design assignments according to the needs of the clients and the Mardel customer while meeting the technical requirements of department standards
• Meets all deadlines while juggling multiple projects
• Maintains current knowledge of design trends
• Solves problems proactively with patience and intelligence
• Works closely with peers and sets a tone of partnership between teams
• Maintains a clean and orderly workstation
• Follows all Advertising safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Contributes to team effort by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude
• Adapts to additional duties and tasks

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s in graphic design or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years professional design experience
