🎭 Role & Team As a Graphic Designer, you’ll support our Growth and Design teams in creating high-quality visuals that elevate the gaiia brand across digital, social, product marketing, sales materials, and events. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to bring ideas to life through clean, modern design that reflects our momentum and personality. This role is ideal for a designer early in their career who wants to grow fast, take on real ownership, and design for a rapidly scaling SaaS brand in the telecom space. 💻 What you're going to do Brand & Visual Design Create marketing assets including social graphics, email visuals, landing page elements, ads, and event collateral. Maintain and evolve the gaiia visual identity, ensuring consistent use of typography, color, layout, and illustration. Assist in building templates for internal teams (presentations, case studies, product one-pagers, etc.). Content & Campaign Support Turn marketing concepts into compelling visuals that help tell clear product and customer stories. Support product launches by creating graphics, diagrams, feature visuals, and promotional assets. Work with the marketing team to refresh and improve creative for ongoing campaigns. Collaboration & Execution Partner closely with the Growth team to design assets for paid ads, social campaigns, and web content. Collaborate with Product Marketing on diagrams and visuals that explain OSS/BSS workflows in a simple, modern way. Work with Sales to produce polished, on-brand collateral for customer presentations and events. Creative Development Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative direction. Take feedback well and iterate quickly. Grow your skills in motion design, branding, and layout with mentorship from senior designers. ✅ Must-Haves 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or related creative work (agency or SaaS experience is a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern design (web, digital, social, and brand assets). Proficiency with Figma. Understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
