Messe Muenchen India is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing materials are consistent with our brand standards and effectively convey our value proposition. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate designer to bring their artistic vision to life in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce engaging graphics for a variety of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and digital content. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with campaign objectives. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools to create high-quality visual assets in a timely manner. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all channels. Assist in the development of layouts for websites and other digital platforms, ensuring user-friendly and appealing designs. Work closely with external vendors and agencies to ensure the quality and timely delivery of printed materials. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and knowledge. Present ideas and design concepts to team members and stakeholders for feedback and approval. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant graphic design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity. Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with digital marketing graphics and familiarity with web design principles is a plus. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
