JOB TITLE: GRAPHIC DESIGNER – MID LEVEL

Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking a talented and driven Mid-Level Creative Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual sense, excellent technical skills, and a passion for producing innovative, high-quality design work across both digital and print media.
You will be responsible for developing creative visual assets that support a variety of projects, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and a strong aesthetic impact. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and consistently brings fresh ideas to the table.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in a graphic or visual design role, preferably within an in-house or agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and attention to detail across digital and print work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with motion or UI/UX tools is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, composition, and colour theory.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong time management and organisational skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality visual assets across multiple formats, including digital campaigns, print collateral, packaging, and internal communications.
  • Manage and prioritise multiple design projects at once, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate concepts into compelling and effective visual communication.
  • Maintain and uphold brand guidelines while exploring creative approaches that push boundaries.
  • Ensure all designs are accessible and optimised for various platforms and screen sizes.
