Martin Commercial Properties is seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is critical in shaping our brand identity and elevating our marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a keen eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to produce compelling marketing materials that drive engagement. In addition to traditional graphic design responsibilities, this role requires basic video editing skills and content curation expertise to enhance our digital presence.
This is an on-site position based in East Lansing, MI, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with a team of marketing and commercial real estate professionals.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) design or marketing role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Those activities associated with general office work include but not limited to sitting, walking, standing, talking, or hearing, for extended periods of time. Using hands to write, key, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Other activities include reaching, stooping, kneeling, crawling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
