Responsibilities include:

  • Designing marketing and advertising materials across print, digital, social, and experiential channels for diverse agency clients.
  • Ensuring designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards for style, tone, and consistency.
  • Participating in brainstorming and creative development sessions, contributing original ideas.
  • Translating complex information into visually compelling concepts.
  • Taking ownership of projects from concept through final delivery with support from Creative Management.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to understand objectives and deliver creative solutions.
  • Juggling multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.Embracing feedback and iterate designs in a team-first, growth-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an agency, in-house creative department, or freelance environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and a solid foundation in typography and design principles.
  • Experience with Figma is a strong plus.
  • Basic video editing skills (Premiere, After Effects, or similar) also desired.
  • Self-motivated, confident working independently, and capable of managing projects with minimal supervision.
  • A collaborative team player with a humble, solutions-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate, polished work under tight timelines.
