Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Graphic Designer will be instrumental in bringing our brand vision to life through compelling visual design across all platforms. This role involves creating impactful static and motion graphics that communicate complex health concepts in engaging, accessible, and inspiring ways, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visual Content Creation: Design and produce a wide range of digital and print assets including social media posts, website visuals, infographics, presentations, marketing collateral, and in-centre displays
  • Brand Consistency: Adhere strictly to brand guidelines and visual identity standards across all design work, ensuring a cohesive and recognisable brand presence
  • Support Art Direction: Collaborate closely with the Art Director to conceptualise and execute visual content for educational, inspirational, and community-focused campaigns
  • Multi-format Design: Adapt visual content for various formats including static images, animated GIFs, short videos, and printable materials, aligning with the consumer decision journey
  • Image Management: Assist in sourcing, selecting, and editing high-quality imagery and visual elements
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Growth Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, and the Clinical & Comms Team to design visuals that support their initiatives and enhance brand storytelling
