Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to develop visual assets for theme parks, entertainment attractions, and experiential projects. The role involves creating digital backgrounds, photo compositions, signage, and print materials while ensuring brand consistency and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and digital backgrounds for entertainment projects.
• Create high-quality photo composites, overlays, and visual assets.
• Design signage, merchandise, photobooth branding, and promotional materials.
• Develop realistic mockups and visualizations for client presentations.
• Prepare print-ready artwork according to production specifications.
• Adapt designs for digital and physical applications.
• Ensure designs meet brand guidelines, client requirements, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams.
• Incorporate feedback and manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience in graphic design, preferably in entertainment, experiential, events, or advertising.
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills, particularly photo manipulation, compositing, lighting, and perspective.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and working knowledge of InDesign.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience developing creative concepts and key visuals.
• Knowledge of large-format printing, signage, and production-ready artwork.
• Familiarity with AI image-generation tools.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Portfolio Requirements

Candidates should demonstrate experience in:

• Photo compositing and manipulation.
• Creative concepts, campaigns, and key visuals.
• Branding, digital assets, and print design.
• Motion graphics or video projects.

Additional Skills (A Plus)

• Experience in theme parks, entertainment, or experiential design.
• 3D modeling and visualization (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar).
• Advanced AI image and video generation.
• Merchandise, environmental graphics, and physical installation design.
• Experience with licensed IPs and brand guidelines.
• Previous experience with UAE-based projects.
