Job Purpose
Napa Home and Garden is seeking an experienced and visionary Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will assist in conceptualizing and executing visually compelling digital and print assets that elevate our brand identity. You will also oversee front-end updates on Shopify and design email campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring a seamless and cohesive brand experience across all channels. If you are a seasoned designer with a passion for innovation, a meticulous eye for detail, and a deep understanding of typography, layout, and color theory, we want to hear from you!

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Extensive experience in creating digital and print assets, with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Expertise in social media platforms and a strong understanding of creating visual content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Advanced video editing skills and proficiency in motion graphics software.
• Proficiency in Shopify and Klaviyo, with a demonstrated ability to manage and optimize these platforms.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• A passion for design, innovation, and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years in graphic design, with a proven track record of success in both digital and print design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in design, creativity, and innovation.

• Prolonged use of computer involved; use of hands and finger coordination; specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision. Color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus as needed.
• Working at trade shows for 12 hours during Market to include standing and walking

• Lead the design and development of innovative and engaging digital and print materials that align with our brand strategy.
• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media platforms, website banners, email campaigns, and other digital marketing collateral.
• Oversee and execute video editing projects, bringing concepts to life with dynamic visuals and motion graphics.
• Design compelling visuals for packaging, product catalogs, brochures, and other print materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage and maintain the front end of our Shopify stores, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and delivers an exceptional user experience.
• Strategize, design, and implement visually impactful email campaigns in Klaviyo, driving engagement and brand loyalty.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing fresh ideas and best practices to keep our brand relevant and competitive.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
