THE ROLE

NextFoods is hiring a Graphic Designer to bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to every visual touchpoint across our brands, GoodBelly and Cheribundi. This is our first in-house design hire - a critical role that will help us scale more efficiently, execute more consistently, and tell stronger brand stories across packaging, digital, and internal comms.
You’ll work closely with internal marketing leads to bring ideas to life, from new product packaging to investor decks, campaign assets, and digital content. You’ll be our go-to for all things visual, and your fingerprints will be all over our next chapter of our company’s evolution.
This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who’s confident working independently, comfortable switching between big ideas and small details, and excited to shape a high-growth CPG portfolio of brands from the inside out.

You’ll Be Great in This Role If You Have…

  • 35 years of professional design experience, ideally in CPG, agency, or startup environments
  • Strong portfolio of packaging, brand systems, and graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
  • Experience creating productionready packaging files and working with print vendors
  • Understanding of social media technical requirements (e.g., image dimensions, file types, video specs) to ensure assets are formatted correctly and optimized for use
  • Strong sense of design fundamentals layout, hierarchy, color, typography, spacing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with speed, organization, and polish
  • Clear, confident visual POV, but humble and collaborative in how you bring it to life
  • Comfortable operating without a creative director; resourceful, proactive, and solutionsoriente
