That’s why, together with Yana Khalupiak - Head of Marketing Design, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our new team transforming the EdTech industry. What will you do: Create marketing creatives for the Nibble product; Analyze the performance of creatives and develop new hypotheses based on the results; Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas; Collaborate closely with creative marketers, international teammates, and freelancers; Adapt creatives for different markets, considering localization and cultural context; Propose and drive your own ideas, with the opportunity to influence the product (your ideas may evolve into new features in the app); Share knowledge and contribute to team expertise. What do you need to join us: 2+ years of commercial experience as a Graphic Designer; Strong understanding of typography, color, and composition; Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator); Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation and optimize workflows; High attention to detail and the ability to find quick, effective solutions; A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work; Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher; Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT). Would be a plus: Experience with After Effects or CapCut. Performance-driven mindset: experience with testing and hypothesis validation. Experience analyzing competitors using Ads Library.
