Position: Graphic Designer
Location: Remote (Canada only)
Type: Full-Time
Nioma is seeking a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing agency. In this role, you’ll create visually compelling designs that elevate our clients’ brands and drive engagement. From email marketing campaigns to social media graphics, landing pages and other digital assets, your work will play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our eCommerce and service-based clients.
We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for style and aesthetics, who can create on-brand designs that resonate with modern consumers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience designing for email marketing platforms (e.g., Omnisend, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools).
  • Knowledge of branding principles and an ability to maintain consistency across all designs.
  • Excellent communication skills to interpret client needs and incorporate feedback effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Email Marketing Design: Create engaging, on-brand designs for email campaigns, including layouts, headers, and promotional graphics.
  • Social Media Graphics: Design eye-catching visuals for clients’ social media platforms, including carousels, ads, and stories.
  • Digital and Print Assets: Develop miscellaneous graphics, such as banners, infographics, and branded materials for marketing campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand client needs, brainstorm creative ideas, and execute on deliverables.
  • Revisions and Feedback: Respond to feedback promptly and make necessary updates to ensure client satisfaction.
