SUMMARY:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of materials. This role involves developing concepts, designing layouts, and producing finished artwork for print. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing, and customer service to ensure all pieces meet the customer’s needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High-school Diploma (or equivalent like a GED)
• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

• Strong Communication skills both verbally and written

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing processes

• Desire to help customers and exceed expectations (go the extra mile)
• Adobe Suite skills preferred
• Design software experience necessary
• At least two years of professional experience in a related field of work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with a variety of teams and different levels in the organization
• Must be a Self-Starter
• Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring correct formats, resolution, and specifications.
• Eye for design
• Edit and manipulate photos as needed for use in company materials.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
