This is a key role for someone who is versatile, organized, and ready to take the lead on custom signage projects from concept to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in signage or a related industry
• Experience managing projects and working directly with clients
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• A team player who can also take the lead when required
• Great time management and problem-solving abilities
• Degree/Diploma Graphic Design
• Able to work in a team environment and individually

• Location: This is an on-site position at our production facility. Remote work options are not available for this role.

• Prepare design files, artwork, and technical drawings for production
• Design custom visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Lead projects from initial concept through to final delivery
• Communicate directly with clients to understand needs, share updates, and provide creative solutions
• Coordinate with team members—including production, installation, and design—to keep projects on track
• Maintain clear timelines, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality standards
• Provide direction and support to other team members when needed
• Keep accurate records and complete all project documentation
