REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong knowledge of print production and prepress processes
  • Ability to prepare accurate, print-ready files for various print vendors and materials
  • Understanding of colour theory, layout, and typography
  • Familiarity with digital formats for web and social media
  • Bonus: Motion graphics, illustration, or animation skills

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer – Print & Production who’s passionate about high-quality visual design and brings exceptional attention to detail to both print and digital formats. You’ll work closely with our Lead Designer and cross-functional teams to execute branding and marketing materials that align with creative direction, meet production standards, and deliver polished results.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a designer who thrives on producing exceptional work across a variety of formats, and who understands the technical requirements of preparing files for print and production.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and refine visual designs for branding, print materials, packaging, large-format graphics, presentations, and digital assets
  • Prepare print-ready files with proper formatting, resolution, colour profiles, and bleed settings
  • Support the creative direction and brand consistency across print and digital deliverables
  • Collaborate with the Lead Designer, Art Director, and Project Managers to bring design concepts to life
  • Implement revisions based on client and internal feedback
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards and production specifications
  • Assist junior designers when needed and contribute to internal creative discussions
  • Ensure all final design files meet printer specifications, including bleed, resolution, colour profiles, and dielines for high-quality production.
  • Manage versioning and revisions across multiple deliverables, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.
  • Package and hand off final assets in correct formats for both internal and external stakeholders (e.g., printers, clients, vendors).
  • Adapt existing creative assets to fit new formats, layouts, or dimensions while maintaining design integrity and brand consistency.
  • Maintain organized file structures and naming conventions to support team collaboration and future asset reuse.
