JOB DESCRIPTION

If so, we’re looking for talented and inspired candidates with experience in the Sign and Graphics Industry who are focused on teamwork, task completion, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for creating computer generated vinyl and/or full color graphics output that can be laminated, weeded, cut, and applied or printed and mounted to a substrate. You will also be responsible for operating the wide format printers and cutters, which includes loading and unloading rolls of material. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her absolute best.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (advanced level, not just basic knowledge).
• Ability to create true-to-scale mockups on photos for client proofs.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency across multiple locations / national projects.
• Working knowledge of sign production processes (materials, substrates, laminating, vinyl application, bleed/trim, etc.).
• Experience operating, troubleshooting and maintaining printers and plotters (basic tech service knowledge, ability to reach out for support when needed).
• Proficient in scaling and mathematical production design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work under pressure to output high volume, high quality work
• Maintains accurate electronic records of File Storage.
• Follows all company policies and procedures
