Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong background in packaging design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, brand-consistent packaging concepts and artwork for various consumer products. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our packaging across multiple formats, substrates, and product lines.

Responsibilities:

• Design original, high-quality packaging concepts that reflect brand positioning, target market, and industry trends.
• Develop dielines, mockups, and print-ready files for a variety of packaging formats (e.g., boxes, pouches, labels, inserts, and retail displays).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, marketing, production teams, and printers to ensure all packaging meets quality, branding, and technical standards.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform design direction and innovation.
• Ensure packaging is compliant with legal, barcode/UPC, sustainability, and labeling requirements.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand guidelines across all packaging assets.
• Prepare 2D and 3D mockups for internal review and client presentations.
• Optimize design files for digital and offset printing processes.
• Revise and update existing packaging designs as needed.
• Stay current with packaging materials, printing technologies, and industry trends.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop
- Familiarity with web design principles and content management systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs
- Knowledge of InVision, Figma, CorelDraw, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with stigmatise software
- Understanding of present techniques in graphic design

Pay: £31,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
