POSITION SUMMARY The Graphic Designer is responsible for all static visual output of the SJB Marketing Department from paid ad creatives and email templates to real estate brochures, membership packages, signage, and presentations. This role is the visual brand enforcer: everything that gets printed, published, or presented must pass through design and must meet the standards set by the Head of Creative & Brand. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating clean, sophisticated design not just technically competent work, but work that looks like it belongs in a luxury context. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Produce all graphic design deliverables for the department: paid ad creatives (Meta, Google, display), email templates, social graphics, brochures, real estate offering materials, membership packages, signage, event materials, and presentations. • Work directly from briefs provided by the Head of Creative & Brand executing to specification and flagging any brief ambiguities before production begins. • Maintain and enforce the visual brand standards of Las Verandas, The Club, and the Real Estate portfolio across all materials. • Build and maintain a library of reusable design templates for recurring content social posts, email headers, ad sizes, presentation decks. • Collaborate with the Content Producer on integrated campaigns that combine photography, video, and designed layouts. • Support the Head of Performance & Analytics with ad creative production, delivering correctly sized and formatted assets for all paid media placements. • Manage print production relationships and quality control for physical materials produced in Honduras or abroad. • Provide design support to other SJB departments for presentations, internal documents, and institutional materials as capacity allows. QUALIFICATIONS • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating work in luxury, hospitality, real estate, or destination marketing. • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. Figma is a plus. • Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills. • Experience designing for both digital and print production. • Ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing creative energy to execution. • Attention to detail zero tolerance for typos, misaligned elements, or off-brand color usage. • Fluent in Spanish. Working English required. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS • Design request turnaround time versus agreed service levels. • Brand consistency score across all designed materials. • Zero production errors on print materials — correct bleeds, resolution, and color profiles. • Template library completeness, all recurring formats templated and documented. • Revenue center client satisfaction with design quality.
