Description
Help bring a fast-growing healthcare tech brand to life. As we rapidly scale, our healthcare technology company reshapes how nurses connect with hospitals and nursing homes. They already have a strong brand system in place; now they need a Graphic Designer who can take what exists and make it sharper, cleaner, and more consistent across every touchpoint. This is not a “blank canvas” role. It’s a refine, evolve, and execute role, perfect for someone who loves turning a good brand into a great one through consistent, high-quality design. What You’ll Do Keep the brand visually consistent across digital, product, and marketing assets. Build on the existing design system, recreate, refine, and extend what’s already there. Design graphics for web, app, email, social, ads, presentations, and merch. Create weekly marketing assets: newsletters, referral promos, landing page visuals, etc. Turn app updates and product features into clean, easy-to-understand visual content. Work fast when needed, sometimes delivering same-day assets for feature launches. Tools & Platforms You’ll Use Figma • Adobe Illustrator • Canva (Plus: HubSpot for campaign setup, not mandatory but helpful) What You Need to Bring Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio that shows brand consistency + marketing design, + strong visual storytelling Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator (Canva is a plus) Strong grasp of layout, hierarchy, typography, color, and user-focused design Experience designing for tech or app-based companies (healthcare tech is a bonus) Clear communicator who responds fast and works well asynchronously Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and quick turnarounds Who Thrives in This Role You spot design inconsistencies instantly and fix them without being asked. You love structure, but you also move fast and iterate without ego. You’re just as good at organizing design systems as you are at making new creative. You enjoy taking a concept from “idea” to “fully polished file” quickly and cleanly. If you want to help shape the visual voice of a company improving healthcare staffing across the U.S., and you do your best work inside a clear brand system, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer will maintain brand consistency across various digital and marketing assets while refining and extending the existing design system. They will create graphics for web, app, email, social media, and other marketing materials, ensuring high-quality design execution.
