We are seeking a talented Part-Time Graphic Designer to join a fully remote Latin American team. In this role, you will create engaging visual assets across digital and print media, supporting marketing campaigns, social media content, and event materials. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate creative concepts into high-quality designs while maintaining brand consistency. This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple projects, develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, and contribute directly to marketing initiatives that make an impact. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative, creative workspace. Accountabilities Design marketing materials including catalog layouts, product sheets, event graphics, and sales collateral. Create digital assets for social media, web, and email campaigns. Collaborate with marketing team members to bring creative concepts to life. Ensure all visuals follow branding and messaging guidelines. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality expectations. Incorporate feedback efficiently to improve deliverables. Use project management tools like Jira to track projects and maintain communication. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns. 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or advertising. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or similar tools. Experience designing for both digital and print media. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and branding. Ability to work collaboratively and take creative direction. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bonus: experience with event/product marketing design, motion graphics, video editing, or familiarity with Jira. Part-time position with a competitive salary range of USD $1,500–$1,600 per month depending on experience. Fully remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere within Latin America.
