Overview
The Graphic Designer brings Sentara’s brand to life through compelling visual design across a variety of digital and print channels. This role supports enterprise-wide campaigns, business-as-usual (BAU) requests, and service-line needs—translating strategy and messaging into on-brand, audience-focused creative. The designer collaborates closely with copywriters, project managers, and intake/campaign teams to deliver high-quality design assets that meet both creative and compliance standards.
This position balances creativity with production efficiency, navigating tight deadlines and shifting priorities while maintaining design integrity.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $62,212.80 – $101,254.40.
