We are a Newcastle-based social media marketing company specialising in the hospitality sector, established over 12 years ago. We work with some of Australia's largest hotel/pub groups, licensed clubs, international premium liquor brands, and more.

Our team is also responsible for successfully marketing and managing live concerts for some of Australia's biggest music acts and international artists at our venues.

We are seeking a creative and focused Graphic Designer who also possesses skills in Social Media Marketing to join our team. We are seeking an experienced individual with a passion for design and a flair for creating compelling designs for our long list of established clients. 

Our focus is on improving our clients' bottom line by professionally marketing, managing, measuring and monitoring their online and in-house presence. Your job is to create designs that help our clients achieve this.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics and content for in-venue and social media platforms
• Design digital screens, in-house posters, menus, and social media graphics, including stories. 
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in social media and graphic design
• Utilise our existing in-house templates to update monthly content.

• Requirements:
• Ability to work to deadlines and strong workflow management. 
• Experience in both digital and print-based graphics and marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite
• Excellent English both Written and Verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A keen eye for design and a creative mindset
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Click-Up project management would be preferred, but not essential.
