Description
As the Graphic Designer you will conceptualise, design and deliver compelling visual assets in line with our brand guidelines. You will work across multiple media types from digital campaigns, social content, email and web graphics, to print collateral. You will manage your own design workflow, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure that final assets are production-ready and consistent with our brand voice. Key Responsibilities Translate marketing briefs into creative concepts and design solutions. Create layouts and visual assets (e.g., social posts, website banners, email templates, brochures, print adverts). Collaborate with marketing, content and product teams to ensure design alignment with business objectives. Prepare design presentations and mock‐ups for review; incorporate feedback and iterate accordingly. Ensure all output adheres to brand guidelines (typography, colour, tone, layout) and meets production specifications (print/digital). Adapt designs for multiple formats (desktop, mobile, print) and platforms. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and meeting deadlines. Stay current with design trends, tools and technologies; proactively suggest improvements or new approaches. Occasionally liaise with external vendors, printers or agencies to coordinate production and delivery. Hands on approach to support all in-house marketing events. High competency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and additional tools such as Canva or Affinity would be a plus. Excellent creative thinking, with an eye for layout, colour, typography and detail Strong communication skills: able to interpret a brief, present ideas and collaborate with stakeholders and marketing team.
