Salty Captain is an Aussie-made brand making waves in the 4WD, marine, and adventure space. We’re expanding our creative team and looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join us. You’ll work closely with our Lead Graphic Designer to bring fresh ideas to life across packaging, digital, retail, and product launches.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with our Lead Graphic Designer on packaging, website, and campaign projects.
• Create bold, eye-catching packaging designs that stand out on shelves and online.
• Design assets for our website, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
• Support the team with creative for retail displays, trade shows, and events.
• Help maintain and evolve our brand’s visual identity across all channels.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, packaging, and digital design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• A team player who can take direction but also bring new ideas to the table.
• Attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• E-commerce, packaging, or retail brand design experience a bonus.
