SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing-focused in-house or agency environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Good understanding of digital and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent eye for detail and strong layout/design skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a collaborative approach.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities
  • Good understanding of websites and CMS platforms including creating and managing content and landing pages

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g. monday.com)
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Experience with basic video editing, photography
  • Full, clean driving Licence

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and versatile Graphic Designer & Marketing Executive to join our small but dynamic marketing team. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who loves bringing ideas to life through design but also enjoys being hands-on with day-to-day marketing activity.
You’ll work on a wide range of projects, from designing digital and print assets to supporting campaign planning, social media, email marketing, events, and content creation. If you’re highly creative, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities.
