SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a graphic design role, with a strong portfolio of print and digital work.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; familiarity with XD or Figma is a plus).
  • Knowledge of accessible design principles (colour contrast, typography, layout for all users).
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • (Bonus) Experience in video editing, animation, or motion graphics.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Graphic Designer to create compelling designs for both print and digital platforms. You’ll be involved in a wide range of projects, from branding and marketing collateral to accessible digital content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in producing high-quality, inclusive designs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design high-quality visual assets for print (brochures, flyers, reports, signage) and digital (web, social media, email campaigns, presentations).
  • Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards for readability and inclusivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to interpret briefs, brainstorm ideas, and deliver creative solutions on time.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with printers when necessary.
  • Stay updated on design trends, accessibility best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • It’s a bonus if you can: Create and edit videos, animations, or motion graphics.
