POSITION SUMMARY

Sportsman Solutions is seeking a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience and a strong interest in sports. This full-time role will support a wide range of creative needs for internal brands, facilities, events, and apparel operations.
From custom merchandise and social media content to facility signage and marketing campaigns, your work will directly shape how players, fans, and families engage with our affiliated businesses. • Create apparel designs, digital mockups, logos, and promotional materials
• Design visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, events, and advertising
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring brand concepts and campaigns to life
• Support branding needs for facilities, youth programs, events, and partner brands
• Assist with photo shoots, media days, and on-site events as needed
• Execute deliverables efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Work within existing brand standards while also contributing fresh design ideas
• Provide basic support or updates for Squarespace websites (a plus, not required)
