Description Reporting to the Manager, Marketing & Communications, the Graphic Designer will be the primary designer of the Synapse ITS group of brands, helping shape the brand image and achieve marketing objectives. This includes working with the larger marketing team on a wide variety of sales content and product support assets to optimize customer engagement and reach. Conceptualize and design various visual materials for websites, print ads, digital campaigns, training decks, social media and more. Provide graphic support to contract videographer. Design printed collateral like brochures, tradeshow displays, business cards, and other SWAG items as needed. Update and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring adherence across the company and with external partners. Prepare layout files for commercial printing and prepare/convert files for online use. Create graphics for product launches and go-to-market strategies. Organize and maintain design assets Requirements Skills and Qualifications Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience. Strong proficiency with internal style guides and expertise in design, layout, and graphic illustration. Ability to design and craft creative and enticing marketing materials and campaign assets. Understanding of marketing and brand promotion, able to integrate design with marketing strategies to enhance competitiveness. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Experience using CMS like WordPress. Ability to juggle multiple and changing business priorities, with the capacity to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft business applications. Interest in learning video editing and 3D rendering tools. An online portfolio of recent graphic design work is required.
