WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and video production—experience in B2B or SaaS environments is a big plus
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong portfolio that shows both design range and storytelling ability through video
  • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

ABOUT THE ROLE

Tacton is on an exciting journey—we’re in the middle of a bold rebrand, and we’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to help bring our new visual identity to life. This is a unique opportunity to shape the look and feel of a global tech brand at a transformational moment.
As a key member of our global marketing team, you’ll report to the Senior Director of Marketing and play a central role in how our brand is seen and experienced across all touchpoints—from sales materials to digital campaigns, website graphics, social media, and video. You’ll help define and evolve our visual language while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create high-impact visuals across a wide variety of channels, including sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, ebooks, ads, web assets, and social media content.
  • Support targeted campaigns, including ABM initiatives, with tailored ad creatives, direct mail, and digital experiences.
  • Produce and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product overviews, the Tacton website, and social channels.
  • Bonus: Motion design skills are a big plus, but not required.
  • Contribute to brand development, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all touchpoints during our rebranding and beyond.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and content teams to bring cohesive stories to life.
