Key Responsibilities Lead the design of physical collateral, including posters, banners, and window displays to enhance on-site customer experience. Develop visual layouts for products and packaging ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and functional requirements. Serve as the primary contact for manufacturers to communicate technical specs, review material samples, and manage prototyping. Maintain strict adherence to brand colors (Pantone/CMYK) and visual standards across all physical mediums and manufacturing. Prepare high-precision print-ready files (bleeds, die-lines) to minimize production errors and waste. Conduct press checks and quality inspections of physical goods. Manage revisions with vendors to ensure the final product meets brand expectations. Maintain an organized library of physical samples, material swatches, and finalized production templates for future reference. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. Minimum 3 years in print production or retail design; experience working directly with factories or printing vendors. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); deep knowledge of CMYK color management, paper stocks, and manufacturing processes. Exceptional attention to detail in technical file setup; ability to communicate technical requirements to manufacturers; strong project management of production timelines.
