As leaders in the decorative concrete industry, we service contractors with product systems, training, and Equipment. We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer who thrives in both B2B and B2C environments and can turn concepts into powerful visual narratives across digital and print platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Creativity & Innovation: Exceptional design skills with a knack for visual storytelling.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in graphic design, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or trade industries.
  • Software Expertise: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva; experience with HubSpot a plus.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present and explain design decisions.
  • Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mindset: Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute ideas.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience working with B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Knowledge of CRM design tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Photography editing experience.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Working with the Marketing Director & CEO, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling designs that elevate our brand, strengthen trust with contractors, and also connect with project owners. This role demands a strong mix of creativity, technical ability, and marketing awareness. From sales enablement tools to trade show booths, digital campaigns to corporate communications, you will be at the heart of how The Concrete Protector presents itself to the world.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

  • Work on a wide range of projects and media (print, digital, trade shows), using design software to develop innovative visuals that meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure designs align with brand expectations, company standards, and contractor needs.
  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously, working independently and as part of the marketing team, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Continuously seek improvements in processes and design capabilities, introducing fresh approaches and solutions.
  • Maintain and update internal asset libraries for designs, photography, and video content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to deliver impactful designs.
  • Create visuals for web pages, email campaigns, newsletters, presentations, signage, trade show collateral, and sales kits.
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within The Concrete Protector’s established brand identity.
  • Develop original concepts by determining ideal use of color, text, fonts, imagery, and layout.
  • Manage the design and uploading of project materials using best practices for content management systems (HubSpot, WordPress).
  • Stay up to date with design trends, market shifts, and competitor approaches to keep the brand ahead.
