POSITION OVERVIEW

The Graphic Designer plays a vital role in visually communicating the vision and heart of The Faith Center. This creative leader is responsible for designing high-impact graphics across all platforms—digital, print, social media, and merchandise—to support ministry events, outreach, branding, and weekend experiences. The ideal candidate is both imaginative and detail-oriented, with a passion for using design to engage, inspire, and inform.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (church or non-profit setting preferred).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Canva, Figma, or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across digital, print, and branding.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, receive feedback well, and manage creative workflows from concept to execution.
  • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with the mission and values of The Faith Center.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
