Job Description

The First Group Hospitality, Exclusive Private Members' Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the club’s brand, marketing, events, and member communications. The successful candidate will create high-quality visual content that reflects the club’s luxury positioning and ensures a consistent and sophisticated brand identity across all digital and printed touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality creative materials for digital, print, social media, events, campaigns, and member communications.
Develop marketing collateral including brochures, menus, invitations, presentations, signage, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Create engaging social media graphics and digital content in line with the club’s brand guidelines.
Support the creative requirements for club events, VIP occasions, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and special experiences.
Maintain consistency of the club’s visual identity across all marketing and communication channels.
Work closely with the Marketing, Membership, Events, F&B, and Operations teams to deliver creative requirements.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, agencies, and other external suppliers when required.
Prepare artwork and files for professional printing and digital publication, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Manage multiple design projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and brand standards.
Stay updated on design, luxury lifestyle, hospitality, and digital content trends.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, or premium brands.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design across digital and print platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience creating social media content, marketing collateral, event materials, and print-ready artwork.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, colour, and visual composition.
Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro would be an advantage.
Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with an understanding of luxury branding and visual standards.
Good communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
