The Personal Development School is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our company. The main responsibility of the Junior Graphic designer will be to support the visual identity of the brand by designing social media content, A/B testing YouTube thumbnails, producing marketing materials, assisting in course design, and contributing to basic wireframing and user interface improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital or content-focused environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
• Knowledge of social media best practices and basic design for performance.
• Familiar with principles of UX/UI and able to create wireframes or collaborate in Figma.
• Comfortable working from a brief and iterating quickly based on feedback.
• Bonus: Animation or motion design skills, accessibility knowledge, or experience in personal development/education brands.
