We’re seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. This creative professional will play a key role in shaping Starlife Group’s visual identity across print, digital, social, and investor communications. From high-end brochures to social campaigns and event materials, this role requires a mix of creative vision, technical skill, and brand alignment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Design & Production
· Design sophisticated marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, event signage, and high-impact print materials.
· Develop branded visuals for social media, websites, digital advertising, and email campaigns, ensuring consistency and polish across platforms.
· Create digital-first assets with user experience in mind, such as interactive PDFs, landing page layouts, and branded digital templates, to enhance online engagement.
· Partner with web developers and marketing colleagues to translate designs into functional digital experiences, ensuring designs are visually compelling while also user-friendly.
· Maintain and evolve brand guidelines so that all touchpoints, whether physical or digital, reflect Starlife Group’s premium positioning.
Brand Development & Storytelling
· Translate complex real estate and investment concepts into clear, visually compelling stories.
· Support the development of project-specific branding and design direction for new properties.
· Ensure all creative work reinforces Starlife Group’s image as a forward-thinking, luxury real estate developer.
Collaboration & Execution
· Work closely with marketing, communications, and development teams to ensure design supports business objectives.
· Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and printers as needed.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
Innovation & Growth
· Stay ahead of design trends in luxury real estate, lifestyle, and digital marketing.
· Bring fresh, original ideas to elevate investor presentations, social storytelling, and property marketing.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field.
· 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects or Premiere a plus) and Canva.
· Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work, including marketing collateral, social content, and brand identity.
· Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and experience collaborating with developers or using web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or similar) is a plus.
· Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
