TYB is looking for a Graphic Designer who doesn’t just follow the brief — they elevate it. If you think in concepts, dream in visuals, and bring ideas to life in 2D, 3D, or motion — this might be your next big move.
What You’ll Do:
· Transform ideas into compelling visual content across ATL, BTL, digital, and immersive platforms
· Conceptualize and execute campaigns for FMCG and lifestyle brands
· Design across touchpoints — from scroll-stopping social to 3D product renders and trade show displays
· Own the full creative journey — from brainstorming and storyboarding to final animation and rendering
· Work closely with the Art Director and creative team to stay aligned with brand strategy
· Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines while pushing visual boundaries
· Juggle multiple projects while keeping quality, creativity, and timelines on point
· Present your ideas clearly and confidently
Who You Are:
· A concept-driven creative with an eye for stunning visuals
· 2–3 years’ experience in a creative studio or agency (preferred)
· Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite — AI, PS, IN, AE, PR, AN, etc.
· Experienced with 3D tools like Cinema4D, Sketchup or Blender (major plus!)
· Solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling
· Knowledgeable in preparing final artworks for production across print and digital
· Always exploring new trends, styles, and design tools
· A multitasker who thrives under deadlines
· Mac user (ideally!) — or willing to learn and adapt to a Mac-based workflow

· Your portfolio features a mix of campaigns, motion graphics, and 3D visuals
· You love solving creative challenges with bold, visual ideas
· You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative creative environments
· You’re a confident English speaker, comfortable presenting and discussing ideas clearly
